On signing the bottom of this form you agree to the terms and conditions of the Oasis Disco, so please read the following carefully.

 

1. ‘The Oasis Disco’ refers to us, and the term ‘client’ refers to the person booking the disco.

2. The client must ensure that the deposit (usually for 20% of the fee, unless otherwise agreed) must be paid as soon as possible, until this is paid your booking is not secure and could be booked by another client. On cancellation by the client within 14 days of the booking the whole fee will be charged, due to loss of earnings to the Oasis Disco. However in exceptional circumstances this can be reviewed.

3. The payment of the deposit can be paid by using cheque, cash or debit or credit card using paypal (The Oasis Disco will arrange this and send a payment request to your email address). If you wish to use paypal a surcharge of 5% will be added to the payment.

4. Full payment can be made at anytime leading up to the event using the above methods, however if the client wishes to make payment during the disco please note we will only accept cash.

5. It is the responsibility of the client to make The Oasis Disco aware of any potential health issues which could be affected by flashing or strobe lighting effects.

6. The Oasis Disco has the right to cancel an event at anytime, if we believe that damage is likely to occur to our equipment or staff.

7. The Oasis Disco may eject person/s from the venue who causes damage or we believe is likely to cause damage to our equipment. Or the person/s are abusive to our staff or generally behaving in a disorderly or dangerous manner. Any such perpetrators may be reported to the Police and we will support any subsequent action.

8. If the Oasis Disco is performing at a family function, where children are present, we will refuse to play tracks or requests with crude or offensive lyrics. However this maybe reviewed once children and families leave the venue. 

9. These terms and conditions are correct at time of going to print, however The Oasis Disco has the right to change any of our terms and conditions at any time.
